Quotes for fuel reduction and road vegetation management for the Klamath County (administered by Klamath County Public Works) will be received by Jeremy Morris, P.E., Public Works/Planning Director for Klamath County Public Works, in person at 305 Main Street, Klamath Falls, OR 97601, or by email at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. until 10:00 a.m., local time, 3/31/2026. FACSIMILE QUOTES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The quotes will be reviewed and evaluated by a Klamath County appointed Selection Committee.
A set of Request for Quotes (RFQ) documents that outlines the information necessary for submitting a Proposal for this project may be obtained from the Klamath County Public Works Department, 305 Main Street, Klamath Falls, OR 97601, or by calling (541) 883-4696. It is estimated the duration of this project will be between 1 and 2 months with a construction estimate in the range of $50,000 to $65,000.
Klamath County Public Works (KCPW) may reject any and all quotes upon a finding of KCPW that it is in the public interest to do so. KCPW also reserves the right to waive any informalities in any proposal and to delete certain items listed in the proposal as set forth herein. Proposals received after the time established for receiving proposals will not be considered.
