Yavapai County (County) desires to conduct a traffic study and preliminary engineering design on Williamson Valley Road from Pioneer Parkway to Outer Loop Road. This study will address what improvements are needed that can be programmed to improve the safety, capacity, access, and mobility of the Williamson Valley corridor. As part of these improvements, the County would like to incorporate a 30% preliminary engineering design into this corridor assessment, based on the recommended solutions, to provide baseline and projected costs for the corridor improvements to allow for programming and planning .
