Description:

The City of Twin Falls (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: SOUTH WELL HOUSE No. 5 AND TRANSMISSION MAIN

Bids for construction of the Project will be received at the City of Twin Falls Engineering Department located on the second floor at 203 Main Avenue East (P.O. Box 1907), Twin Falls, Idaho 83303 until October 28, 2025 at 4:00 PM prevailing local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in the first floor Conference Room 116.

The Project generally includes the installation of a wellhouse and transmission main including deep well vertical turbine pump, discharge piping and appurtenances, flow meter vault, standby generator, site grading, drainage, fencing, 12-inch, 16-inch, 20-inch and 30-inch piping, dual fiber optic, a coulee crossing, connection at the South Tanks and related surface repairs.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and on Fridays between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Pre-Bid Conference

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on October 20, 2025 at 2:00 PM prevailing local time at the office of J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. located at 2114 Village Park Avenue, Suite 100, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
