Description: DESIGN BUILD RFP CONCEPTUAL SITE PLAN LAYOUT LOCATION PLAN ADDENDUM- DEADLINE EXTENSION Request for Design-Build Proposals Town of Barrington, RI The Town of Barrington seeks Proposals from qualified design/build teams (i.e., consisting of a design professional and a construction contractor, including any required subcontractors) to provide design/build services to complete the design and construction of a new public plaza located in front of Town Hall just north of the main entrance at County Road and Maple Avenue. The design of the plaza shall be generally consistent with the conceptual sketch included in the Request for Proposals. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be available for all interested parties at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at the Project Site (meet in front of Town Hall). Proposals are due no later than 11 a.m. on Monday, October 28, 2024, at the Town of Barrington Office of the Town Manager, 283 County Road, Barrington, RI 02806. The project is subject to prevailing wage.
