Project Description: Vendor must demonstrate the ability to meet the following high‑level goals:
A. Supplemental Project Management Staffing
1. Provide experienced project managers to manage GLWA projects (construction and/or design) with minimal GLWA supervision, following GLWA protocols, procedures, and standard business processes under the general direction of GLWA.
2. Furnish an average of five (5) full-time equivalent (FTE) project managers for the duration of the contract.
3. Provide sufficient staffing depth to immediately meet peak workload demands as may be required.
B. Construction Inspection and Resident Project Representation
1. Provide knowledgeable and experienced construction inspectors and/or RPRs during construction.
2. Furnish an average of two (2) to four (4) FTE inspectors/RPRs for the duration of the contract.
3. Meet GLWA’s peak construction season staffing needs with sufficient staffing capacity.
C. Project Delivery and Execution
1. Manage assigned projects to successful delivery in accordance with established scope, schedule, budget, and performance requirements.
2. Support GLWA in achieving project outcomes through proactive management and timely issue resolution.
D. Project Oversight, Tracking, and Reporting
1. Perform project management oversight functions, including tracking progress, review of earned value analyses, maintaining project documentation, and preparing required reports.
2. Familiarity with industry-standard project controls tools, reporting requirements, and documentation practices.
E. Coordination Across Concurrent Projects
1. Identify and perform all required coordination with other GLWA projects or externally managed efforts.
2. Describe approaches for ensuring seamless integration of work activities, communications, and schedule alignment across multiple project teams.
