NOTICE TO CALL FOR BIDS


Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for gas and diesel fuel (dyed and un-dyed) for the 2025-2026 school year shall be received by the Board of Trustees of Sidney School Districts No. 1 and No. 5 in a sealed envelope until 12:00 pm (noon), Monday, August 18th, 2025 at the Administration Office, Sidney Public Schools, 101 S Central Ave, Sidney MT 59270. Said bids will be opened and publicly read aloud by the Board of Trustees at a Regular Board Meeting to be held at 5:30 pm, August 18th, 2025 at the Administration Office. Consideration of bids and possible award will follow opening of the bids. Copies of specifications may be obtained at the Administration Office (406-433-2366).


The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept the lowest responsible bid.
