The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD or District) requires professional architectural services by a qualified firm/team under a Continuing Services Agreement (CSA) to support future district projects as needed.

Firms shall support a wide range of architectural disciplines and related services required to support future district projects, including but not limited to:
Architectural planning and design
Space planning
Interior and exterior design
Code and permitting coordination
Construction administration
Coordination of engineering and specialty consultants
(civil, structural, MEP, landscape, and utilities), as applicable.
