Notes	The purpose of this bid is to perform ‘Construction Manager-At-Risk for the Cold Spring Jail Renovation.’ Bidders shall price ALL items. It is the intention of Tarrant County to select a Construction Manager-At-Risk using a one-step selection process. Tarrant County reserves the right to designate the work in the best interest of Tarrant County. Tarrant County is seeking proposals (RFP) from qualified construction firms and/or contractors to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk Services, necessary for the Cold Spring Jail Renovation. The awarded Construction Manager-At-Risk shall assume the risk for construction of the project, at the contracted price, and provide consultation to Tarrant County regarding construction during and after any redesign of the project, in accordance with all applicable requirements of the project and all applicable laws. Bidders shall go to the "Attachments" tab to download all proposal documents. This is encouraged to be done prior to the pre-proposal meeting.
