Overview

Summary

Greenville County is seeking a qualified contractor for a park and stormwater improvement project at Riverbend Equestrian Park. This project will decrease stormwater runoff and improve water quality and biodiversity within the Upper Reedy watershed, while also enhancing park access and aesthetics. Work includes the installation of bioretention cells, rain gardens, and a walking path, as well as improvements to existing swales and vegetation, as outlined in the plans, details, specifications, and pricing proposal included in this Invitation for Bids. The contract for this project will need to be signed no later than June 30, 2026.
