A written request for approval and award of theproposed special procurement was presented to the local Contract Review Board at the Wednesday, January 28,2026, 6:00 p.m., City Council meeting. The procurement was approved by Resolution No. 7482.Written findings indicate that ESO has been providing records management software to AFD since 2012,including electronic patient care records, fire incident response reporting, and a third-party staffing integrationthat allows the Department’s staffing program to interface with the records management system.
