Project Description	Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited from prequalified Demolition Subcontractors for the following work: Complete Selective Demolition as shown on the plans and specifications. Furnish and install metal stud framing and finished level 4 drywall at the RRUMC 4th floor project site, floor area 67,464 SQ FT, per specification sections: Subcontractor to perform selective demolition, chipping/sloping and concrete repair as shown on the project plans and described in the bid package scope sheets. This work primarily takes place on the 4th level of the UCLA RRUMC, though there are selective areas on floors 3 and 5 and on the outdoor decks and along Charles Young Drive. Section 024120 - Selective Demolition Section 033000 - Cast-In-Place Concrete Section 006100 – Rough Carpentry Section 072100 – Thermal Insulation Section 078443 – Fire Resistant Joint Systems Section 081113 – Hollow Metal Frames (as applies to installation) Section 083100 – Access Doors and Panels (as applies to installation) Section 09 22 00 - Non-Structural Metal Framing Section 09 27 13 - Glass-Fiber-Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) Section 09 29 00 - Gypsum Board The successful Subcontractor shall be responsible for providing Pre-Construction Work Coordination and Construction Work.
