Project Description: SCOPE Montgomery County, on behalf of the Office of Finance is issuing this request for proposal for the purpose of supporting an organization to provide comprehensive support services to victims of domestic violence, including legal and medical aid, shelters, transitional housing and counseling located within Montgomery County. An organization responding to this RFP must be able to provide and/or partner to provide all of the supportive services listed above. Funding for these services is expected to be $210,000 - $260,000 annually.
