Summary

Beaufort County intends to solicit proposals for Janitorial Services for the Beaufort Executive Airport. As the front door to our community, the airport plays an important role in shaping first impressions for the approximately 9,000 visitors it serves annually. A clean, welcoming, and well-maintained facility ensures that residents, visitors, and pilots experience the hospitality and professionalism that define the Lowcountry. The selected contractor will help us uphold this standard and maintain an airport environment that reflects the pride we have in serving Beaufort.

The contract award shall be for a one (1) year period that may be renewed for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.

Background

The current janitorial services contract for Beaufort Executive Airport ends on June 30, 2026. Beaufort County is issuing this RFP to select a contractor for a new term beginning July 1, 2026, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining the high standards expected at the airport.
