QUESTION: Could not find boring logs. Please provide.
RESPONSE: Boring logs are provided as the very last page of the Contract Documents (Project
Manual). A copy is of the boring logs is attached.
3-2. PREVAILING WAGE RATES
DELETE: The Prevailing Wage Rates included in the Contract Documents (Project Manual).
INSERT: The Prevailing Wage Rates attached to this addendum. Note: Regardless of the wage
rates provided in the documents, the Contractor and their subcontractors are required to use
the current wage rates at the time the work is performed. It is up to the Contractor to monitor
the Department of Labor website for updated rates.

By virtue of the authority vested in the Labor Commissioner under provisions of Section 31-53 of the General Statutes of
Connecticut, as amended, the following are declared to be the prevailing rates and welfare payments and will apply only
where the contract is advertised for bid within 20 days of the date on which the rates are established. Any contractor or
