Description: NOTICE OF 2026 PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT The Historic Preservation Commission of the Township of Millburn in the County of Essex has awarded the following professional contract without competitive bidding, pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:11-2(6) and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(i) and/or N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(a)(ii). This contract and the resolution authorizing it are available for public inspection in the Office of the Secretary/Clerk to the Commission, Millburn Town Hall, 22 East Willow Street, Millburn, NJ  07041. Awarded to: Kathryn A.
