Dear Sir/Madam:April 16, 2026Subject: Sealed Bid No. 26-00075-AMUD – Scrap Removal Services for Rail and OTMSoutheastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority ("SEPTA") will accept Sealed Bids at the Office of Procurement& Supply Chain Management, 1234 Market Street, 11th Floor, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19107 for Scrap RemovalServices for Rail and OTM as outlined in the attached Sale of Material Contract until Thursday, April 30, 2026, at1:00PM EST, at which time the sealed bids will be opened and read aloud via Webex during the Bid Openingmeeting.The “Work” includes but is not limited to: This will be an “As Required” contract for the removal of Scrap Rail, aswell as Other Track Materials, Frogs & Switches, and Trolley Street Rail. SEPTA will house the scrap at variouslocations and request pick-up via truck once quantity reaches capacity. Street Rail locations will be project specificand require dumpsters on site.
