Description: Proposals will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority to provide preventive maintenance, inspections, and 24-hour emergency repair service on our HVAC systems as specified in this Request for Proposals, until 2:00 pm on October 27, 2025, at the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina.  This is an informal Request for proposals, and proposals are not public until the contract is awarded. NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA. For more details, see the Request for Proposals under "Related Documents" below. The price per unit will be determined by averaging prices for all units, then dividing by the number of units listed. This average price will be the price for a periodic maintenance visit. The Quotation Sheet must be completed in its entirety. Proposers may attach additional information that they feel would cause their facility to stand out among the responses. Special Requirements: The evaluation process will include the responses in the Questionnaire (Exhibit 3), which should be completed in its entirety and submitted in the proposal response.
