NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY –  - Solicitation #F2025112/EQ-FIREARMS/1200

The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:

SCOPE: Purchase of new duty firearms to replace existing inventory for the Punta Gorda Police Department, including a trade-in credit of the existing inventory.  This contract and issued commodities will be in full accordance with Federal Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR 200.

Solicitation Package Protest deadline:  January 12, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET

Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline:  January 14, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET

Submittal due date and time:  January 21, 2026at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.

Solicitation documents may be obtained through www.pgorda.com – Open Bids for City of Punta Gorda, Title:  #F2025112/EQ-FIREARMS/1200.  Vendor registration is free.  All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement contact.    The City will not address any questions/inquiries submitted on-line concerning this solicitation posted on www.publicpurchase.com , www.thebluebook.com or any other website.
