REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) #025-010

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT RELATIONS SERVICES

The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is soliciting Proposals to establish a Contract with one (1) qualified and experienced Contractor to provide Federal Government Relations Services. The Contractor shall be capable of assisting VRE in assessing the potential opportunities or concerns associated with recent or proposed legislation, as well as obtaining support from the U.S. Federal Government for VRE’s programs and legislative issues in the adopted VRE Legislative Agenda.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting to discuss the requirements of this solicitation with prospective Offerors will be held on May 13, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. ET.

Any changes to the solicitation as a result of the pre-proposal meeting will be issued through a written addendum to this Request for Proposals.

Proposals are due June 3, 2025 by 2:00 P.M. ET.
