Scope of Services
OUC is looking for a Supplier to enter into a long-term strategic alliance agreement for the furnishing of Water Materials currently carried in inventory and all related supply chain services. The selected Supplier shall be experienced in working with municipal water utilities. The overall goal of the agreement is to develop an alliance-based relationship with customers and vendors, improve market level pricing, focus on total supply chain savings and establish key business measurements and metrics for value added services such as inventory management, technical support for new material introduction, efficient handling, transportation, labeling, electronic commerce and emergency support.
