Project Description: The Annual Requirements Contract for Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation is an annual program administered by the Engineering Capital Projects Department. Generally, in this program, select deteriorated street pavement is removed and replaced at various locations throughout the City. Work to be performed includes replacing an estimated 21,300 SY of existing street pavement and other appurtenances related to performing the work. This contract contains an option for two (2) one-year renewals. Additional alley segments may be added to the program if budget allows. The contract will be for a period of 12 months beginning on the construction start date. The contract may be renewed at the option of the City for two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions of the initial contract, if mutually agreed upon by both parties. For bidding purposes, it is estimated that the city will spend approximately $3,130,000.00 for this project.
