Electronic bids will be received by the BOARD OF EDUCATION, City School District of Columbus, Ohio, Office of

Capital Improvements (via Public Purchase), until Friday, November 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM and will be opened and

posted publicly to the District website immediately thereafter for the Playground & Site Improvements, according to the

plans and specifications, dated November 5, 2025, prepared by Behnke Landscape Architecture. The estimated Base

Bid cost for materials and labor at six (6) sites (Colerain ES, Eakin ES, Lindbergh ES, Salem ES, Scottwood ES &

West Mound ES) is $2,750,000.00. Plans and Specifications may be secured at the bidder’s expense plus shipping

costs from Franklin Imaging, 500 Schrock Rd, Columbus, OH 43229, (T) 614-885-6894 or

printroom@franklinimaging.com. Plans and specifications can be viewed for free via Public Purchase. Project
