Description: Notice is hereby given that the City of Gilroy, at 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) for stage construction and traffic handling plans (traffic control plans), electrical (signal loop system), and detour design to support the City’s FY26/27 Paving Project, as described in the Request for Proposal No. 27-RFP-PW-544. Proposals will be accepted up until 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 8, 2026.
