Scope of Services
New Smyrna Beach Utilities is seeking a quote from a licensed and insured contractor to renovate the women’s restroom in the customer service area at the Central Office Building located at 200 Canal Street, New Smyrna Beach Florida, 32168. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision and permits. The contractor’s bid shall be based on actual field measurements. All work will follow applicable building codes, regulations and ADA Compliance.
We have a mandatory site visit scheduled for Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 9 A.M.
The location address is 200 Canal St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168
