Description: Public Notice Broadway Circle Request for Proposal The City of Minot is requesting proposals for the lease and operation of a 6-unit Family Homeless Shelter, a 17-unit Low to Moderate Income (LMI) complex along with the long or short term management of the retail spaces located 101 19th Ave SW; 15 19th Ave SW and 45 19th Ave SW.  All three locations are located within the City of Minot, ND 58701. Deadline for receipt of proposal responses by the City is 4:00 p.m., on March 7, 2025.  Applications will be received in the City Clerk’s Office at the Minot City Hall, 10 3rd Avenue SW, Minot, ND 58702.  The address is P.O.
