RFP EPDM Library Roofing Project

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL EPDM LIBRARY ROOFING PROJECT

The Town of Woodbury is soliciting bids to replace the Flat EPDM roofing on the Town's Library Building. Specifications for the projects are attached.

The Board of Selectmen may accept the bid, which in its sole discretion, it determines to be in its own best interest, or it may reject any or all bids. The bidding documents in no way establish the rights of any bidder to award of the contract.

To make arrangements to view the work site, please contact Ed McGrath, Facilities Management, at 203-885-3278. All submitting bidders must schedule an in-person site review with Facilities Management.
