Description: The Town of Frederick, Colorado (Town) is soliciting proposals from a qualified Civil Engineer to complete a design for a concrete trail and associated landscaping and irrigation along Bella Rosa Parkway/Weld County Road 20 from Sandpiper Drive to Wetland Loop. It is the intent of the Town to enter into an Independent Consultant Agreement with a qualified Civil Engineer who best meets the needs of this unique project. The information provided will play a significant role in the Town’s selection of the Civil Engineer considered best qualified to execute the project.
