BackgroundThe City of Temple Terrace, located in Hillsborough County, Florida, is vulnerable to seasonalstorms and extreme weather events that produce large volumes of vegetative debris,construction and demolition debris, white goods, and other storm-related waste. The Cityseeks pre-qualified Vendors support to assist City staff in clearing roadways, rights-of-way,and public property to ensure public safety and compliance with FEMA and State guidelines.3. Scope of ServicesThe Contractor shall provide, at minimum, the following services:A. Debris Removal and Collectiona. Perform curbside collection of storm-related debris from public rights-of-way and designated areas within the City.b. Separate and collect debris into categories, including but not limited to:i. Vegetative debris (tree limbs, branches, stumps, etc.),ii. Construction and Demolition (C&D) debris,
