Project Description

Keiser Avenue Reconstruction Project - Phase 3, Project No. 2017-18

The work is generally described as the construction of new water main pipe, new storm

drain pipe, bioretention areas, planting areas, curb and gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian access ramps, asphalt concrete paving, new traffic signal, modifications to an existing traffic signal, pavement striping and markings, restoration of surface improvements, widening of Snyder Lane to two travel lanes in each direction, and other incidentals.
The Contractor must have a valid California contractor's license, a Class A General Engineering Contracting license. The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $3.34 Million.
A digital copy of the drawings and specifications can be obtained on the Bids page of the City of Rohnert Park website ( www.rpcity.org/Bids ). A hard copy of the drawings and specifications may be obtained from Draftech for a non-refundable fee. To ensure receipts of addendums, any party interested in the Project shall place their information with the Department of Public Works at 707-588-3300 or PWProjects@rpcity.org .
