Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Panama City, Florida WEST BEACH DRIVE AND MULBERRY AVENUE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS General Notice City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: City Bid Number [PC26-038] WEST BEACH DRIVE AND MULBERRY AVENUE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS HALFF ASSOCIATES INC. Project No. 45736.002 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division, until September 18 th , 2026 at 10:00 am Central Time  . At that time, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401, in Room 010. The Project includes the following Work: This project involves replacement of approximately 2,292 linear feet of water line, 2,203 linear feet of sewer line, and 2,528 linear feet of stormwater lines. This project is located in Downtown Panama City and involves work along W Beach Drive from 6 th Street to 4 th Street and Mulberry Avenue from 6 th Street to W Beach Drive. The Project has an expected duration of 300 days. MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference for the Project will be held on August 31 st , 2026 at 10:00 am Central Time in Room 010 of City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. The City of Panama City reserves the right to waive any minor informalities in the solicitation documents, to postpone the bid opening, to accept or reject any and all Bids, competitive or otherwise, in whole or in part, and to waive any minor irregularities, scrivener’s errors, minor omissions, minor deviations, and/or technicalities in any Bid, to obtain new Bids, to readvertise for new Bids, or to abandon the project in its entirety pursuant to the applicable section of the Florida Statues, the City Charter, the City codes, this ITB, and/or the City’s purchasing policies as they may deem to be in the best interest of the City.
