Sealed bids shall be received by the Mobile County Commission, in the Mobile Government Plaza,

Eighth Floor South Tower, Mobile, AL, until IO:OO AM CST, WEDNESDAY,

Project Summary:

The Executive Conference

Room will receive new Class A wall, floor and

ceiling finishes, custom cabinetry and shelving, new lighting fixtures, and other typical

conference

room accessories

and fixtures. Work includes demolition of existing and

building of new as per plans and specifications.

prepared on the form specified and signed by a bonding company authorized to do business in the

State of Alabama.

A Performance Bond in the form and terms approved by the County in an amount not less than the

contract price will be required at the signing of the contract. A labor and materials bond in form and

terms approved by the County in an amount not less than the contract price, insuring payment foi-

assessed in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

corporation, shall show evidence of having qualified with the Secretary of State to do business in
