BackgroundRTD maintains stormwater treatment infrastructure to support regulatory compliance, protect water quality, and ensure the long-term functionality of its facilities and surrounding drainage systems. This project is intended to establish a proactive, reliable maintenance program that minimizes sediment buildup, prevents system failures, and reduces the risk of pollutant discharge into municipal storm drain systems and receiving waters. RTD is seeking a qualified vendor with demonstrated experience in stormwater infrastructure maintenance, environmental compliance, and detailed reporting practices.
