I494 Design Build Project 2 Contaminated and Regulated Materials Oversight

Brief Description: MnDOT requests responses for a Contractor to provide construction monitoring of contaminated materials and regulated waste activities for State Project (SP) 2785-462 on Interstate (I)-494. SP 2785-462 is a Design-Build project that represents the I-494 Corridor Vision from United States (US) 169 to the Minnesota River. Construction is anticipated from 2027 through 2030. Project scope includes adding E-Z Pass Lanes on I-494 from I-35W to Trunk Highway (TH) 77 in both directions, add E-Z Pass lanes in in both directions from US 169 to TH 100, reconstruct ramps and bridges at key interchanges (82nd St, I-35W, TH 77), and include upgrades to pavement, upgrade ramps, intersections, sidewalks, and bike/pedestrian infrastructure, Improve drainage to reduce flooding and runoff, and landscaping, lighting, and community-informed design features.
