Scope of Services	SECO Energy is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide services for the hauling, recycling, and/or disposal of new/used wood utility poles. Service may also include the transferring of poles from yard, jobsites, or show up locations. These poles may contain chemical preservatives such as creosote, pentachlorophenol (PCP), or copper-based compounds. Proposal and all questions must be submitted on VendorLink.
