Notes	YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN NGEM TO VIEW THIS SOLICITATION. PWP-CL-2026-373 SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: This work will primarily take place on floors two and six within UMC's Summit Tower, located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. As part of the work, approximately 2,574 square feet on the second floor will be built out to a vanilla shell, and 9,260 square feet on the sixth floor will be demoed and built out. The renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition, asbestos abatement (if applicable), new plumbing lines, HVAC, electrical, finishes, millwork, and communications. For full details, see the Instructions with Exhibit A (Scope of Work) via the Attachments tab. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 , at 1:00 p.m. , beginning at the entrance to the building located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 . Bid documents, specifications, and drawings will be available on the NGEM System on Friday, May 29, 2026. All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in the NGEM system no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026. OWNER aims to issue any necessary addenda by the close of business Friday , July 3, 2026. However, OWNER reserves the right to issue Addenda after said date. Responses will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com on or before Friday, July 24, 2026, at 11:00:00 a .m., based on the time clock on the NGEM website. Written certification is a required part of the contract pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 332.065 TITLE VI SOLICITATION NOTICE: UMC, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, [select disadvantaged business enterprises or airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises] will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
