Notes	Improvement limits are within the Whitlock Addition subdivision in the City of Carrollton. Improvement streets include Noble Avenue, Norris Street, E Alan Avenue, Homer Street, Faye Avenue, and associated alleys. The project consists of barricades and traffic control, removal, disposal, and replacement of approximately 20,000 square yards of street pavement, construction of approximately 4,000 SY of sidewalks, 725 SF of retaining walls, water and sewer adjustments, and 525 LF of storm pipe. The full estimate for this project is $6,478,052.70. An optional Pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday April 15, 2025 in Conference Room 1W2 at Carrollton City Hall. Pre-bid meeting and general questions are required to be submitted via the IonWave Technologies, Inc. bidding system, and will be accepted until 12:00 PM, Friday April 18, 2025. An addendum addressing all the questions received will be issued no later than 5:00 PM, Monday April 21, 2025. The bid opening will be Friday April, 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in City Hall, Room CH1W2 Special Note: Prior to submittal of questions related to the Whitlock Addition Street Reconstruction Phase 2 Project bid, please review all the information and instructions provided in the Contract Documents and Specifications manual.
