The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 15th day of October 2025 in the offices of Capital Planning and Projects, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 1. West Lafayette Campus - Wade Utility Plant Condensate Polisher Installation - 2026. Bids will then be publicly opened and ready aloud in the offices of Capital Planning and Projects, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fees may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on September 22, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in Room 102 of the Utility Plant Office Facility (UPOF), located at 419 South Grant St., West Lafayette, IN. Parking is available around the Wade Facility as well as 2-hour public parking on Grant Street is recommended. Site access will be with the Project Manager following the pre-bid meeting. Please bring/wear appropriate PPE (Hard hats, eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes, slacks).
