Delivery:  The Ministry has a Desired Delivery Date of March 15, 2025.  The Ministry reserves the right to cancel the Purchase Order if the product has not been received by that Desired Delivery Date.  Submissions received with a Delivery Date later than indicated in the Opportunity may not be considered at the discretion of the Ministry.

• If submitting by email or fax, Proponents are strongly encouraged to submit their Submission using the provided Response Forms under the “RFx Documents Tab”, including the Response Form – Questionnaire, the Response Form – Quotation, and the Mandatory ITQ Submission Declaration.
