The County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for Landfill Trash tarping machine, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation.

Background

The landfill requires a tarping system capable of efficiently deploying and retrieving landfill tarps to serve as daily or intermediate cover in lieu of soil or alternative cover materials. The system shall be compatible with landfill operating conditions, including uneven terrain, harsh environmental exposure, and frequent daily use.
