Description:	Milling and resurfacing/reconstruction of public streets with miscellaneous curb, sidewalk and driveway repairs. Also includes storm sewer repairs, underdrain installation and pavement markings. Some quantities include ton 6,300HMA Surface, 8000FT Curb Replacement. 75,000 SF Sidewalk Replacement.
Additional Description:	Prior to downloading Proposal Documents the contractor shall submit their Certificate of Eligibility provided by the Illinois Department of Transportation to the Engineering Services Department (engineeringservices@carolstream.org).
