Project Description: Springville City is seeking proposals to procure the services of a qualified HVAC contractor to provide scheduled preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair services. The City also needs the HVAC contractor to have the ability to sub-contract or deliver an in-house water treatment service, HVAC systems control services, and mechanical engineering services at an established price while also establishing rates for emergencies and unscheduled repairs.
