• Substantial Completion: August 17, 2026

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK: The project scope will include new asphalt paving and curbing,

accessible parking spaces, pavement markings, signage, improved site lighting, compliant drainage, retaining

walls, improved access to the parking area from Discovery Drive, an updated pedestrian crossing at Discovery

Drive and landscape improvements.
