Description: NEW HANOVER COUNTY PARKS & GARDENS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 2027 MASTER PLAN UPDATE New Hanover County Parks & Gardens is seeking qualifications from experienced consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive, strategically focused Parks & Gardens Master Plan to guide the planning, development, maintenance, and operation of the county's parks system over the next ten years.
