PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Camden County Board of Commissioners is requesting

sponsorships for Vending Services for park programs and various special events to be conducted

and/or hosted in 2026 by the Camden County Department of Events & Community Outreach. It

is the intent of the County to include qualified proposals in a vendor’s pool from which the

Department of Events & Community Outreach will request quotations for specific events

throughout the year.

Sponsorship proposals must be submitted to the Camden County Division of Purchasing, Court

House - 6th Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, New Jersey 08102. Proposals are due no later than

Tuesday March 31, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Proposals received after the above referenced date and time

will be given due consideration. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with "Camden

County Events Vending Services" marked on the outside of the envelope. Proposals may not be

faxed, e-mailed or transmitted over the telephone. See additional submission requirements in

proposal document.

If hand-delivering proposal it must be left in the marked bin accessible from the 6th street entrance

to the Courthouse. Bin access is M-F 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible party or in any way restrain or restrict

competition. All responsible parties are encouraged to submit proposals.

The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all sponsorship proposals

submitted in the best interest of the County and the Board further reserves the right to waive any

defect or informality in any proposal should it be in the best interest of the County.
