Scope of Services	SECO Energy decommissions approximately 2500 pieces of equipment each year. This equipment consists of polemount transformers, padmount transformers, capacitors, breakers, reclosers, and other various electrical equipment. Bidders will be expected to provide scrap pricing along with cost to decommission equipment.
