Description: This Request for Bids (RFB) is issued to solicit competitive pricing from quali?ed vendors for the procurement of computer hardware and associated warranty/support services as detailed below. The items listed represent a specific set of end-user computing devices required to support our operational needs, including standard business notebooks, desktop computers, rugged ?eld notebooks, and enterprise-grade extended support agreements. Vendors responding to this RFB are expected to provide pricing for all items exactly as specified. All equipment must be new, current production, and sourced through authorized distribution channels. Refurbished, gray-market, or end-of-life products will not be accepted. Bid submissions should include: Itemized unit pricing and extended pricing for each line item Estimated lead time and product availability at time of submission Vendor contact information and authorized reseller documentation if applicable Any applicable volume discounts or promotional pricing Partial bids will be considered; however, vendors capable of fulfilling the complete scope are preferred. The issuing organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award in the best interest of the organization.
