Project Scope: The City of Tacoma (the "City") is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to perform general construction work in accordance with the City's Job Order Contracting program. A Job Order Contract is a fixed period, indefinite quantity contract that utilizes negotiated Job Orders for each individual project completed under the Job Order Contract. Prices for each Job Order are based on the Unit Prices contained in the Construction Task Catalog® adopted by the City and the Adjustment Factors submitted by the Contractor for the entire Contract Term. All Unit Prices are based on local labor, material and equipment costs and are for the direct cost of construction. The City intends to establish up to three Job Order Contracts with qualified firms through a multi-phased Request for Proposal ("RFP") process described herein and in accordance with the RCW 39.10.430-460. Estimate: $4,000,000 annually. Contract value is not a guarantee of spend.
