Proposal Vol. II of II (Bid Packet) will only be issued to proposed bidders (1) that are Texas Department

of Transportation (TxDOT) Pre-Qualified Contractors, qualified under Item 2L Section 2 “Eligibility of

Bidders – Confidential Questionnaire” of the Texas Department of Transportation Local Government

General Requirements and Covenants and (2) have not been determined by the CRRMA to have been

in default under a CRRMA contract within the past five (5) years.

However, if a contractor is not prequalified with TxDOT, the Bidder's Plan and Experience

Questionnaire shall be submitted with the bid packet in lieu of such prequalification.

BIDS OPEN: December 11 , 2025 at 10 :00 A.M. MST

Bidders must acknowledge the receipt of any and all amendments on the solicitation response.

Failure to acknowledge is cause for your bid to be considered non-responsive.
