Project Description: Hayden Loop 101 Investors LLC is seeking a qualified construction manager at risk (CMAR) contractor to provide construction services for the Water Transmission Main Improvements at Mayo Boulevard and Hayden Road project (Project). The Project is located on Mayo Boulevard between Miller Road and Hayden Road, and on Hayden Road between Mayo Boulevard and the Loop 101.
