Request for Proposal: Third-Party Recordkeeper for Deferred Compensation

The Missouri State Employees’ Retirement System (MOSERS) is seeking proposals for a third-party recordkeeper for the State of Missouri Deferred Compensation 457(b) Plan for Public Employees and Deferred Compensation Incentive 401(a) Plan for Public Employees. Parties interested in responding to this RFP must submit any questions by Thursday, October 18, 2024, and are asked to indicate their intention to respond by Friday, November 1, 2024, by 4:30 p.m. Central Daylight Time on the respective deadline date.

The response deadline for submitting proposals is Friday, November 8, 2024, by 4:30 p.m. Central Daylight Time. Responses received after the deadline will not be considered.
